Sched­ul­ing Information

To sched­ule an audi­tion, please mail a one-page resume and $20 refund­able deposit to the Abi­lene Phil­har­monic offices (402 Cypress St. Ste 130, Abi­lene, TX 79601). If unable to attend, you must notify the Abi­lene Phil­har­monic 24-hours in advance of your sched­uled audi­tion in order to receive your deposit back.

Audi­tion Procedures

All audi­tion times are ten­ta­tive and sub­ject to change. Audi­tion times will be assigned by the APO Oper­a­tions Man­ager on a space-available basis begin­ning one week before the audi­tion date. Audi­tion reg­is­tra­tion begins at least 30 min­utes prior to your audi­tion time. Fail­ure to reg­is­ter 30 min­utes prior to your audi­tion may result in for­fei­ture of audi­tion time and deposit.

All can­di­dates must sup­ply their own audi­tion music. Audi­tion reper­toire list is avail­able by click­ing the links below.

The first round of the audi­tion will be screened. Sub­se­quent rounds will begin imme­di­ately after the con­clu­sion of the pre­vi­ous round and will not be screened.
