The Abilene Philharmonic celebrates 60 Years of great music performances forthe city of Abilene. Music Director and Conductor, David Itkin delivers a season of audience favorites featuring some of the greatest works ever written. From the opening note of the very first piece performed back in 1950, Beethoven’s Egmont Overture to the closing aerial artistry of Cirque de la Symphonie, the 60th Season of the Abilene Philharmonic will be a magical experience.
